Managing Partner: Donald Holler, Jr.

Mr. Holler is currently in charge of the day-to-day operations of Comfortguard Home Solutions, LLC. and has held that position since its incorporation. As a consultant for new business development he has over 25 years of experience in both the corporate and independent consulting arena. His experience includes 15 years with 3M in unilateral sales and Senior Sales Management positions as well as 10 years in the private sector as a marketing and sales consultant. Well versed in pursuing capital growth for startup and fast track companies. He has worked with several Fortune 500 Companies as well as Agencies within the public sector.

Hoffman Brothers, Inc. (HBI)

Manufacturering Partner of Comfortguard Homes Solutions, LLC. (CHS) HBI, thru its principals, William Hoffman and William Hoffman, Jr. warehouse, distribute and re- manufacturer several, ancillary products for CHS. Dealer Partners/Salespeople:

CHS uses both Regional Dealers and Salespersons to cover the market. Dealers will have a specific geographic area in which to develop their business. Salespeople will cover larger markets and use Energy Saving Dinners, Energy Audits, Newspaper Ads to develop both residential business as well as local dealers. At this time CHS currently has five dealers in four different states and nine salespeople.

As a direct source to HUD through their Renovation General Contractors and 203 Consultants, several of CHS’s products are approved for use in HUD renovation and application.

Energy Auditors

CHS also contracts with several Home Inspectors and Certified Energy Auditors within its dealer and sales markets. This list is too extensive to show but can be obtained through CHS webpage.
